    I came to Esta for the first time three months ago and since then I have been happier every day! After six months of rehabilitation, I had reached the top of my abilities, in my experience. Nothing could be further from the truth, I can tell you now! Lunge or squat? I could do one and on the second one I fell over as I couldn't hold on to anything. And now I do one after the other and feel like a child riding a bike without training wheels for the first time. So that makes me very happy. In addition, I am also steadily losing weight, I have lost my bad eating habits (everything with mayonnaise and oh those bags of sweets). I adhered to the nutritional advice for the first two months. Now I experiment a bit with the weekly advice as a guideline and I feel fine about what works best for me, but I have never given up on a weekend of limited sinning with a nice meal out. Esta pushes you to the limit, and when you think “I can't do it anymore”, he convinces me to do two, or even four, extra. No pain, no gain! And that works like a charm! Thank you Esta, we will continue for a while, cursing and ranting and hating you, but I am so happy with you and especially with myself!

    Been training with Ally since September 2021. In the beginning I really thought what have I gotten myself into. But now 16 kilos lighter and so much fitter, I am aware that personal training motivates. Ally, Fahim and Esta always know how to motivate you to persevere and complete your exercise. Really good and professional guidance and the nutrition plan is very easy to maintain. Thank you in advance for your support. We will continue for a while and hope to lose another 10 kilos.
